Hello, I’m Joseph Faciane, the owner of Upgrade Power Solutions. With over 15 years in the electrical industry, I started out as a journeyman, then became a foreman, gaining hands-on experience in nearly every part of this work. My wife and I decided to start Upgrade Power Solutions as a family business, not only to have more flexibility and time together with our two daughters but also to offer the kind of reliable, quality service we believe in.
My wife plays a big role in our business, working behind the scenes in administration and making sure everything runs smoothly. This teamwork allows us to focus on what matters most—building a welcoming atmosphere where our clients feel confident that we’ll get the job done right.
One of my favorite parts of this work is that there’s always something new to learn. Technology constantly evolves, and I enjoy keeping up with the latest advancements to give our customers the best possible solutions.
When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family and hitting the golf course when I get the chance. Our community here in Wildomar and the Temecula Valley is small and close-knit, and I’m grateful to serve such welcoming neighbors throughout Riverside County and LA County.
